    • Airline seats and hotel rooms are only guaranteed if they are available when you pay and confirm your booking. If the hotels listed are not available, we will offer similar alternative hotels.
    • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
    • We retain the authority to alter the itinerary under various circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations or re-routing, closure of a place of visit, entry restrictions, and other unforeseen situations. While we strive to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from such changes.
    • If your stay coincides with special dates (e.g., 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when the hotel organizes gala dinners, additional mandatory Gala Dinner Charges may apply. These charges will need to be paid directly to the hotel.

    • Loma Tours does not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issues. By purchasing this package, the passenger confirms that he/she has agreed on all terms and conditions issued and amended by the Carrier sometimes on its website.

    Refunds/Cancellation/Modification Policy

    • Packages can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to departure, subject to any charges/fees per passenger round trip (charges waived for Ultimate fare), plus any Hotel Cancellation fee, if applicable.
    • If a flight is canceled, we are not obligated to offer alternative flights at the same cost. Any additional costs incurred for securing an alternate flight will be the responsibility of the traveler.
    • Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.
    • No refunds will be issued for unused nights or early check-out. In situations involving medical conditions, the eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the hotel’s policy.
    • Travel Insurance, if included, is not refundable.
    • Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the travel start date.
    • Service fees and administration charges are non-refundable.
    • No cancellation or modification is allowed within 72 hours prior to departure.
    • Once the journey has started, modifications, cancellation or amendments to flights, hotels, tours, transfers, travel dates, room type, meals or any other components are not permitted.
    • In case of flight changes, cancellation, you will be informed by notification on your mobile number and email address.
